Privacy notice

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This notice explains what happens to the information you give VorrLoop, through this website and through the VorrLoop app during its private pilot. VorrLoop is a Vorr Labs product. Vorr Labs is run by Vincent in the United Kingdom and is responsible for your information.

Questions or requests: vincent@vorrlabs.com.

What we collect

To stop abuse of the feedback link, the app briefly uses the answering device's IP address for rate limiting. It is scrambled (hashed) straight away and never stored in its raw form.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Fonts are served from this site, so your visit is not shared with any third party.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or share them.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers, who handle information only on our instructions:

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. The pilot does not take real payments.

How long we keep it

Your rights and deletion

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email vincent@vorrlabs.com and we will act on it promptly. You can also export your development record from within the app.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when VorrLoop moves from pilot to launch, and whenever what we collect or who processes it changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
